Overseas Posting Medicals
WE offer various services to organizations which require their staff to travel overseas. These assessments include establishing if a staff member is fit for travel and to provide preventative measures such as travel vaccinations.
Pre-Posting Medicals have been developed to assess whether the staff members (and their families if required) who are going on a posting have the level of fitness required to perform the duties set out in the proposed job description. This medical includes discussion of the staff member’s vaccination history and what vaccinations may be required prior to the posting. Our medical staffs also provide a briefing of the health issues related to the country of posting. Blood groupings are established as a safety measure. Pre-posting medicals reduce the risk of evacuation in the case of the staff member falling ill while overseas. It reduces the costs and hazards associated with medical care whilst on posting.
Post-Posting Medicals are designed to assess the health of a staff member who has returned from a posting. This medical establishes any ill effects or on-going medical conditions that the employee may have been incurred whilst on posting and ensures the employee does not have any infectious diseases that may be spread through your workplace.
We have standardized Pre-Posting & Post-Posting Medicals however, we are able to customise either medical to suit the specific needs of your organization.
