Periodic Medical Services Delivered at the doorstep of the corporates:
The concept of door delivery of health services to the corporates was evolved to reduce productivity loss and enhance employer-employee bond by delivering services in their premises. A team of professionals depending on the service required will visit the corporate on an elected date given by the management. There will be minimal assistance requirements from the management in terms of providing space for the medical examination etc.,. The Medical examination process will be held with utmost care with punctuality on timings. The medical examination team will abide by the rules and regulations when at their premises. The materials brought in for rendering services will be documented in security office on priority. The Pulmonary Function Test will be carried out by state of art technology i.e. Cosmed Kit Micro Spirometer (computerized) under the supervision of Pulmonologist. Only disposable mouthpieces will be used.    

Elective services:
The medical examination will be carried out onsite on an elective date given by the management (in view of quantum of production, attendance of employees). The services rendered are employee friendly in terms of working in shifts, the services will be provided in the respective shifts so that the employee need not wait for his turn to undergo the tests.

Medical Database Building Programmes:
Improvisation in the field of technology has facilitated healthcare service provider sector in a lot of aspects. Our organization believes in optimum use of technology in its workplace to achieve a near total customer satisfaction. The health records shall be developed on need based objectives with the help of customized softwares. The health record will be generated by the computer unlike the conventional hand written case sheets. The soft copy of the medical examination record will be given to the management in compact disc. We are also pioneers in the country to provide medical data sheets with individual photographs of the employees on hard copy as well as soft copies. The compact disc will thus serve as a photo data bank, which is a value added services from us. We are also pioneers in providing consolidated health status report of all the employees, which will help the corporate in keeping track of their employee’s health and as well to make presentation to the visiting clients/suppliers/auditors. On a long-term association with the managements we also build Trend Graphs on Health of each Employee to study the health status of an employee in relation to his working environment.

Methodology of Clinical Examination :  The clinical examination will be conducted by a team of expert lead by a consultant in Occupational Health. A Performa recognized by Indian Council of Medical Research and the statutory authorities will be used which will contain the photograph of the employee. The clinical examination will include :

Detailed History Taking: -

  • Family History: HT/DM/Epilepsy/Skin Diseases/ Asthma/Cancer/TB etc
  • Past History: Accident/Operation/Hospitalization.
  • Habit Profile: Smoking/Alcohol/Gutka/Snuff.
  • Obst/Menstrual History: (for females only)
  • Diet Profile: Veg/Mixed Diet.

General Physical Examination:-
Pallor/Icterus/Oedema/Lymphnodes

  • Personal Hygiene: Appearance/Hairs/Nails/etc.
  • Anthropometry: Height/Weight
  • Vital parameters: Blood pressure/Pulse Rate
  • Hearing ability: Tuning fork test
  • Visual Acuity:  a. Distant Vision
                            b. Near Vision
                            c. Color Vision
    Significant Defects/Disabilities (if any)


Systemic Examination: -

  • Respiratory System
  • Cardiovascular System
  • Central Nervous System
  • Skin

The medical examination will be conducted keeping an eye on occupational morbidity and with Good Clinical Practice guidelines. The worker if diagnosed to have morbidity will be counseled onsite.

Laboratory Examination (Tailormade): -

  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Stool

The laboratory tests of blood, urine and stool will be executed using Good Laboratory Practice guidelines. The reports will be signed by the pathologist and individual reports will be given to the management.

Consolidated Report: -
At the end of medical examination a comprehensive SOFT COPY data base of the health profile of workers consisting of parameter wise analysis of health status followed by line listing of morbidity pattern will be submitted to the management. On requisition by the managements we provide a LAMINATED HEALTHCARD to the employee which contains his/her digital photograph and his vital medical information  required during emergency situations.

Follow up and Feedback Services:
 Periodic Medical Examination can detect many sub clinical illnesses which need constant follow up and remedial measures on a long term basis. Hence our organization makes it a point to visit the corporates (post camp) and to have a regular follow up with the needy on a complimentary basis. The feedback of such measures is directly given to the management for the needful measures.
