What is a Pre Employment Medical?
Prior to the offer of employment being made a desired or short listed candidate
completes our pre employment medical form. This is faxed to our clinic where it
is reviewed by our specialist pre employment nurses against your job
specification. A pre employment medical is conducted that evaluates the health
and the candidate's functional capabilities. The health history and lifestyle
of the employees are reviewed and screened. Reports are then provided to you
advising of our recommendation of suitability for employment. A decision is
returned to you within 2 working days.
